order to manage the bookings for Crockham Hill Village Hall (CHVH). This personal information is
collected and handled securely. Information includes the hirerís
name, address, email address, phone number, reason for booking and
date/time of the booking. We also keep a record of the date/amount of
each payment you make for accounting purposes.
How we use this information
You give us this information so we can reserve the date for your event,
calculate how much you owe, confirm your booking and invoice you, and
contact you about your booking should we need to.
We don't send out newsletters, and will only ever
use this information to contact you about your booking, your payments,
your security deposit, or should any problems arise from your event. We
will never pass this information on to anyone else. Your event type,
date and time are shown on the calendar, but your personal information
is not shown.

the approval of the booking, the date of the booking and whether you are
a regular hirer or not. Enquiry emails from you can be deleted once they

CHVH will take appropriate technical and other measures
to prevent unauthorised or unlawful processing or accidental loss or
destruction of or damage to personal information. Your
contact information, booking and payment details are encrypted and sent
via a secure connection (https://) to a MySQL database stored at Heart
Internet's Data Centre in Leeds. Heart Internet are fully GDPR
compliant. Only the Hall Manager and
Website Manager can access this information via a password-controlled
log on to CHVH's computer system. The passwords used to allow access to the
computer system are stored in an encrypted format.
